Refund Policy:
All reservations must be paid prior to reservation acceptance. All charges are refundable if canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled reservation. Re-scheduling is allowed 24 hours prior to scheduled reservation.
Reservation Charges:
For reservation charges we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All charges are in US dollars.
Availability of pitching machines:
NSBC offers the ability to use our pitching machines if they are available for use at the time of your appointment. The cage rental fees are for the rental of the cage and do not guarantee a machine will be available or in working order. We make every effort possible to have a machines available for our customers use.
Web Site Security:
When you go to booking your cage time you will be taken to our secure booking site. This site is completely secure for all credit card transactions.
We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.
